Terms of Service

• 18 years old: Minar y Ganar is for people aged 18 and over. By creating an account you declare that you are 18 or older. If we find an account belonging to someone below that age, we close it and delete their data.

• Third-party providers: Survey providers set their own age and country rules. Meeting the Minar y Ganar age requirement does not automatically grant you access to every third-party offer.

• Single Profile: Each user may only have one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts to farm points is strictly prohibited.

• Profile Verification: To access certain advanced features, rewards or giveaways, it is mandatory to fully complete your profile and truthfully link your accounts on the required platforms.

• Nature of the Token: ManiCOINs are virtual internal loyalty points for the community. They do not constitute legal tender cryptocurrency, hold no real monetary value, are not redeemable for legal tender, nor are they guaranteed outside the platform. Their internal reference value (e.g. 100 points = $1 USD in effort equivalence) is discretionary and subject to change to safeguard the site's economic health.

• Point Expiration: ManiCOINs may have an expiration date due to inactivity. Users will be able to extend the validity of their points through site activities or by paying a fee in points (extension), as shown on your points page.

To ensure long-term sustainability and that funds are not depleted within two days due to automated or overactive users, control systems will be gradually applied.

• Use of VPN/Proxies: The use of VPNs, proxies or any software that alters your real geographic location is strictly prohibited, especially for completing surveys (CPX and other providers).

• Penalties: Detecting the use of a VPN, systematic false answers in surveys, exploitation of bugs or any attempt to artificially inflate the ManiCOIN balance will result in the total loss of points and the permanent ban of the account. Team Piero reserves the sovereign and unilateral right to suspend, limit or permanently ban any account, as well as to terminate access to the service for any user, at any time and without the need for prior notice or justification.

The site rewards content creation, meme uploads and the traditional "friendly banter" of the community. However, real harassment, illegal content, racism or serious disrespect that goes beyond the entertainment and gaming theme of the platform will not be tolerated. Team Piero reserves the right to moderate and remove points for offensive content.

We are not responsible for external technical failures, server outages or errors on third-party platforms (such as survey providers) that may alter point balances. Likewise, in the event of cessation of activity, closure of the site or termination of the ManiCOIN program, all accumulated points will be immediately cancelled without users being entitled to claim any compensation, indemnity or refund of any kind.

The processing of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It covers everything: what we collect, why, who it is shared with and how to exercise your rights. Read it before signing up.

Minar y Ganar is operated from Peru and these Terms are governed by Peruvian law. If you live in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, nor of your right to bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile.
