Privacy Policy

• Data controller: Minar y Ganar, a project run by Team Piero from Peru. The site is governed by Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and its regulation, and it also applies the European General Data Protection Regulation to users residing in the European Union.

• Contact: For any question or request about your data: minaryganar@gmail.com. Write from the address you signed up with so we know it is you.

• What it covers: This policy covers minaryganar.com, dev.minaryganar.com and the emails we send. It does not cover the third-party sites we link to (RollerCoin, Chainers or the surveys), which have their own policies.

• What you give us: Email address, username, country, RollerCoin room, Chainers wallet address and your site preferences, such as favourite miners or the figures you type into the calculators.

• What is generated as you use the site: IP address and browser when you sign up, when you request a login code and during every active session; login history, account linking history and sanction history; ManiCOIN movements, giveaway entries and bets.

• What comes from third parties: If you connect Discord or Kick, we receive your identifier and username on that platform, nothing else. From the survey provider we receive the offer identifier, the amount, the transaction identifier and the IP address you clicked from.

• What we do NOT ask for: There is no password: you log in with a one-time code sent to your email. We never ask for your date of birth, phone number, postal address, identity documents, cards or bank details. If anyone asks you for those in our name, it is a scam.

• Creating and keeping your account: Email, username and country. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Without this data there is no account.

• Sending you the login code: Your email is the key to the door, because we do not use passwords. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

• Preventing fraud and multi-accounting: IP, browser and activity history. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Without this, a handful of automated accounts drain the ManiCOIN pot and everyone else is left with nothing.

• Proving and auditing rewards: Every ManiCOIN movement is recorded with its source. Legal basis: performance of the contract and the need to show why a balance was credited or removed.

• Measuring how the site is used: Google Analytics, in aggregate. Legal basis: your consent. If you do not give it, Analytics is never loaded.

• Moderating the community: Applying the rules and penalties described in the Terms. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the service healthy.

• CPX Research (Make Opinion GmbH, Berlin, Germany): When you open the surveys section we send them your internal identifier, your IP address and your browser, which is what their system needs to show surveys matching your region and device. We do not send them your email or your username.

• Google: Analytics, and only if you accept analytics cookies. The site fonts are also served from Google, which receives your IP address when delivering them.

• Vidoomy: Vidoomy video advertising and its advertising partners, only if you accept advertising cookies. If you decline, the Vidoomy tag is never loaded.

• Discord and Kick: Only if you choose to connect those accounts, and only to confirm they are yours. We never post anything on your behalf.

• Infrastructure: The server and the database are hosted at Contabo (Germany). Email is sent from our own mail server, not from a marketing provider.

• Nobody else: We do not sell your data. Vidoomy and its advertising partners only receive the technical data needed for advertising when you accept that category.

The site is operated from Peru and the information is stored on servers located in Germany, inside the European Union. If you accept analytics, Google may process data in the United States relying on its standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Peru recognises an adequate level of protection for countries in the European Economic Area.

• While you have an account: Your profile, balance and ManiCOIN history are kept while the account is active.

• Security records: Technical records (IP, browser, logins, account links and sanctions) are kept as long as they are needed to prevent fraud and to show why a decision was made about an account.

• If you ask for deletion: We honour the request unless there is a specific reason to keep something, such as an open fraud investigation or the record of a transaction already paid out. We will tell you what we keep and why.

• What we do not do yet: Today deletion and anonymisation are carried out by hand when somebody asks: there is no automatic process cleaning old records by age. We would rather say so than promise a deadline we do not meet. This section will be updated once it exists.

• What you can request: Access to your data, rectification of anything wrong, cancellation or erasure, objection to a specific processing activity, portability of what you gave us, and withdrawal of your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before you withdrew it.

• How to request it: Write to minaryganar@gmail.com from your account email address. That is how we verify your identity without forcing you to send us an identity document.

• When we reply: Access: up to 20 working days. Rectification, cancellation and objection: up to 10 working days, under the Peruvian regulation. If you live in the European Union, the deadline is one month under the GDPR.

• If we fail to respond: You can complain to the Peruvian National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, part of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights. If you live in the European Union, complain to your national supervisory authority.

We use a single first-party cookie, the session one, plus Google Analytics only if you accept it. The full detail, with a table of every cookie and everything stored in your browser, is in the Cookie Policy, where you can also change your decision whenever you want.

The service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not ask for your date of birth, so we cannot verify age automatically: if we detect or are told about an account belonging to someone under 18, we close it and delete their data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor in your care has registered, write to us and we will sort it out.

• No passwords to steal: We do not store user passwords because there are none. Access uses a one-time code that expires and is stored hashed, never in plain text.

• The session: It travels in a cookie that no browser script can read, and in production it is only sent over an encrypted connection.

• Internal records: Sensitive fields are automatically redacted in the admin panel audit logs, and access to that panel is restricted and logged.

• What we will not promise: No system is bulletproof. We are not going to tell you your data is untouchable, because that would be a lie.

If an incident affects your personal data, we will notify the Peruvian National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data within 48 hours of becoming aware of it, as the Peruvian regulation requires, and we will tell you directly if the incident poses a high risk to you.

If we change something important we will update the date above and announce it on the site. If the change affects something you consented to, we will ask you again instead of assuming.
