Here is everything Minar y Ganar stores in your browser and why, with no dressing up. It is very little.
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser and sends back to the server on every visit. Alongside them we use local storage, which is similar but never leaves your device: it does not travel to the server and nobody else sees it. Both are in the table below, because the law requires us to disclose both.
One of ours: There is only one cookie of ours, the session one, and it tells us it is you while you browse. Without it you would have to identify yourself on every page.
One third-party, and only if you accept it: Google Analytics. If you decline, its script is not even downloaded: it is not that we load it and then ignore the data, it never loads at all.
Vidoomy advertising: Vidoomy video advertising is loaded only if you accept advertising cookies. If you decline, its tag is not downloaded.
The session cookie and the record of your cookie decision cannot be switched off: without the first you cannot log in, and without the second we could not remember that you already chose, so we would ask you on every visit. They are not used to track you across other websites.
Google Analytics 4 tells us how many people come in and which pages get used, always in aggregate. It loads only with your permission, and the site starts with consent denied by default through Google Consent Mode v2. If you withdraw permission we stop sending data and delete its cookies from your browser.
YouTube videos: Some event pages embed videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. If you hit play, Google may store its own cookies, governed by their policy and not ours.
Google Fonts: The site typefaces are loaded from Google servers, which receive your IP address when serving them. They set no cookies, but it is only fair that you know.

Anything marked as local storage never leaves your device: it is not sent to the server and nobody else sees it.
